I purchased a Graco booster seat from them on 15 February and three weeks later it’s still “awaiting shipment”. They do not answer phone calls or get back to you. They do not respond to emails or other messages sent to them. And they do not ship your product.

This website is very well set up, but appears to be fake. The phone number leads to nothing and none of my emails have been answered. My order has been “awaiting shipment” since 12/10 and I was charged the full price of the item.

I made a purchase for $119.97 via sepstore.com website on 11/2. It directed me to pay via paypal. This did not seem unusual since small businesses sometimes use paypal as an option. I received an email with a paypal receipt after purchasing, but it went to a persons account in the name of Aaron McCogg. This seemed unusual for me. I did receive 2 additional automatic emails saying my items were awaiting shipment the very next day on 11/3. After seeing no change in the status of the order and no shipment being processed. I emailed them at [email protected] then called several times 559-763-0775 and left messages. I received no response back. On 11/8, the number is now disconnected. I also researched that there is no actual store location like there site claims at 3140 W Shaw Ave, Fresno, CA 93711. This is a fraudulent site. You cannot write a review on it because it never lets you submit it in either.
