SentryTell sells indoor monitoring equipment marketed for senior citizens. They claim to sell monitoring equipment and a subscription service that alerts you in the event of a fall / person not leaving a room for a long period of time. I ordered the equipment 6 weeks ago and never arrived. I've made a dozen attempts to contact them (including the contact page on their own website) and I have never heard back. Also, they are charging for the subscription service and I have no means to use it.
