My son ordered a sp5der hoodie over 2 months ago online through segaire.com sp5der. This was a vendor he viewed on TIKTOK. He was notified via email that his order shipped. After weeks of waiting, the packaged was never received. He contacted the vendor via email once again, who informed him they would resend his package. We waited an additional 2 weeks for the order to arrive-IT DID NOT. My son reached out to the vendor again, and they claimed the package had been delivered-WHICH WAS FALSE. They even went as far as to send an incomplete link for tracking the package-WHICH DID NOT WORK. After checking our neighborhood to make sure the package had not been delivered to the wrong address, in good faith, I personally contacted the vendor via email. To date, we do not have my son's hoodie. The vendor is a scammer. BEWARE!!!!
