They sell parts and represent themselves as associated with Sears.com. I ordered a gasket for my freezer because it has a hole in it. It came in a box WITH ZERO PACKAGING and it looked like it had been pulled out of a landfill with huge holes, etc. Then I called customer service, "I'm sorry sir. Our systems are down can you call back in 3 hours." Then I chatted someone, "I'm sorry sir, but if you can call back in two hours." Then I called back in four hours, "I'm sorry sir, can you call back tomorrow." I'm afraid they're highjacking my online and credit card info. I'm attaching the "NEW" replacement part they sent me.
