Seapoom is a fitness tracker, got great reviews even on .org websites, so i bought one. The printed information that came with the product had no mention of a business address but the return address on the package is 9208 Charles Smith Ave, CA. The product is faulty, eg, my sleeping heart rate at 85bpm, among other issues so i emailed to return it. First, they offered 30% refund. Then 50%. Then "keep it, minus $20 for restocking and postage". Similar rings now sell on Amazon for $20 so they're still making a profit by selling and charging a bogus restocking fee, where the product has to be inspected for resale.
