I bought the Infinity Hoop. A month later I was charged for two subscriptions that I did not initiate. I contacted support who refused to provide a refund stating that was their policy. I did not place the order and they did not have my consent to keep my card number for additional charges. After I received the charge, I had to make an account to check why, and found that my subscription had already been canceled. Again, I did not initiate this either. Support would not work with me for a refund or explanation.
