I needed someone to come to my new home to tell me why my chimney is not passing code. The stove in the home had to be removed before the final purchase, and I wanted a new one in. Damon showed up at my home with a Texas plate and looked like he lived out of his van. He proceeded to walk all around my home, in rooms where the chimney or fireplace wasn't. Did not inspect the chimney but gave me a quote for $6,000 to replace the current chimney and add a new stove. He also stated that they do not go through the permit process. This company has hundreds of fake reviews on their page, with multiple people sharing similar experiences. They charged me $98.00 for the "service." He did not inspect anything, and I'm worried about how many chimneys this company "repaired." This is a serious safety issue.
