I ordered a body pillow from Rugey on 12/13/18. On 12/19/18, I received an email stating the ordered had shipped and included a tracking number. It’s now 01/18/19 and the order hasn’t been updated since the 19th, saying it was “picked up by shipping partner, awaiting USPS”. I called USPS and they have the same information, nothing more. I have emailed Rugby twice and have received no response. The support number they provide is just a recording directing you to their email. They’re stealing money, plain and simple.

I placed an order for an oversized pillow the end of November, 2018. It showed the pillow shipped on 12/6/18 and would take 2 - 10 business days. I emailed the company on 2/6/19 asking why it was still in Valencia, CA and they company responded with the following message "Thank you for reaching out to us and apologize for the inconvenience.

If the package goes cross-country or it’s moving from one country to another, new information will be displayed only when the package is scanned again in a new depot. This doesn’t mean that the package has stopped moving or that it is on the schedule. USPS express only uploads and updates tracking information once they have received the package for delivery.

Again our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience."

It is now 2/21/19 and I still do not have any word or update. After seeing all of the other complaints against them, I believe they are just scamming individuals out of money. I will never by anything advertised on Facebook again!

Company said they would deliver their product in three weeks. It has been 2 1/2 months since they took my money. I purchased 2 Rugey giant pillows for Christmas presents. I have emailed them several times and only get excuses. When I bring up getting reimbursed I just get more excuses and no action. Definitely beware of any advertising from Rugey.

I saw an ad from Rugey on Facebook during the Christm[censored]idays for two giant pillows. I bought them @ $104.99. I made the payment on 12/3/18. The tracking number information said the order was picked up by a shipping partner on 12/11/18 and USPS was awaiting the item. That is all the tracking information that came up. It has been over two months since the payment was made and numerous emails have been made to the company email that was given. A lot of talk but no action. In the company online information it states that shipping items in the U.S. will go thru FedEx, not USPS. In discussing this online with who ever I was talking to, there was no way they were going to give me a refund. Safer just to go to a store locally and buy.

I placed my order with this "company" by clicking a link on facebook. I placed my order on December 8th as a Christmas gift. It said it would arrive in 4-10 days. When I received the confirmation of purchase and an order # and tracking formation 10 days later, it said my package was Picked up by shipping partner, USPS awaiting item in Valencia Ca. The status of that order never has changed. I have sent countless emails only to receive the same generic reply and multiple apologies but still no package a month and 10 days later. They assured me that package was resent and expedited at no cost to me. However, when asked for a tracking # they could not provide one. I have since asked for a refund but have not heard anything back. This company is still on facebook and online taking advantage of people. Do not buy anything from them!!

I PURCHASED 4 PILLOWS FROM THIS PLACE, SPENT OVER $200.00 ON DECEMBER 17TH 2018 FOR CHRISTMAS. SITE SAYS 2 TO 10 DAY SHIPPING. WAS PROVIDED 4 TRACKING NUMBERS AND SINCE DEC 17TH IT SAYS WAITNG FOR USPS CARRIER IN VALENCIA CA STILL!! THIS IS WHERE THE COMPANY IS! IF YOU CALL IT SAYS THE CALL VOLUME IS TO HIGH AND TO EMAIL THE SUPPORT TEAMFOR HELP. BUT WHEN YOU EMAIL IT IS A GENERIC EMAIL STATING YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED HERE ARE YOUR TRACKING NUMBERS, HAVE A GOOD DAY. BUYER BEWARE SERIOUSLY!!

I placed this order on Nov 26, 2018 that advertised 3-5 day delivery and free returns. I contacted this seller, Rugey/Tayys on Dec 10, 2018 via email to cancel the order after my order had not arrived and I had never received any shipping confirmation. They replied that they could not cancel the order since it was already en route. Miraculously, I received my first confirmation of shipment email from them the following day, Dec 11,2018. At that point it was clear to me that the order had never shipped and they were refusing to allow me to cancel the order for which they had already received payment. I said this was unacceptable as I expected to have the item by early December, but they responded that they would guarantee that I would have it before Christmas, and if I was still unhappy, they would refund me part of the purchase price or I could return it and pay the expensive return shipping fees (even though the product page advertises Free return shipping). I have since tracked my package several times and there has been no movement since December 11, 2018, and the tracking site claims that USPS still has not received it from their facility. At this point I suspect that this vendor is fraudulent and that this site was a scam. Thank you in advance for flagging this vendor as fraudulent so that others do not experience the same trouble.
