Don't know if they are a scam

They called trying to reach my brother so that I was his contact number. One of my brother contacted them and gave them case number they wanted him to confirm the last four of his social which they gave. When I Googled Rosen and Associates it gave me an accounting firm. They said that they was a law firm. I could not confirm that there is a Rosen and Associates Law Firm

Rosen Law Firm SCAM

An Indian man left a voicemail stating they were calling from my county's processing department on behalf of Rosen Law Firm. Said if I didn't call back a.s.a.p. they'd be serving papers to my home and work. The # he left didn't match to either the county or the Law firm. They also left a case #.

I just got the same voicemail. Not only did they call me, but they called my husband, my sister in law, my sister and my mom. And said the same thing to all of them. And yes, it was in my maiden name as well, and I haven't had that name in almost 20 years. And I got this exact same voicemail word for word about 5-6 years ago. It's a scam!

I received a voicemail from an unknown number saying legal documents will be served to me at home or at work tomorrow. And for me to call them back if I don’t want the embarrassment at work. They stated I had to call Rosen law firm? But when I googled them they handle divorce, retirement etc. which has nothing to do with me. And the message was left for me in my maiden name. I haven’t carried that name in over 16 years. This is really scary because they have your contact information and who knows what else. Thank you.
