A person named Harry came to my house and stated they were doing road work for the city and had a lot of extra material available. He said they would bring the material / machines to level it and would charge $15 per sq ft. I then asked when they were available to come out and he stated in a few hours. When I asked what it looked like he said he didn't have a photo. I then asked for his card and he handed me one stating that it was his father's card who was also named Harry Harrison. His truck had no company branding and he was not wearing anything with company branding on it.

He then drove off and went door to door for all of my other neighbors.

This is a very common type of scam, especially for people that live on land.
