Online Retailer Scam

It was a customized product, they claimed it shipped out. Sent me a tracking number. It has been in New York for two weeks... They claim it is stuck in customs and could be there awhile. When I try to get my money back as it was supposed to be a gift for mother's Day, they refuse, offering me a "partial refund" which I won't receive till the item arrives. Contacted customer service again, and they are still claiming the same thing. I paid $39.99 plus $16.99 for Express shipping. Beware of this company.

Mother's day gift of a 10x10 frame with fake flowers in the shape of a heart. One hand holding smaller hands and the names of your children on the smaller hands. On the larger hand was the mother's name. You are able to choose the color of the hands and the flowers. Also, you can leave a personal note with the frame.

I ordered a Father’s Day gift after seeing the product on their website from an Instagram ad. I ordered it June 2nd and have not received my order or any tracking details for that matter. I contacted customer service and they seem to use good gel translate and are not clear about next steps or how they are going to resolve. Stay away.

ForYour Custom advertised on TikTok and I clicked on an ad for mothers day shirts (Heart On Your Sleeve), and I ordered two for my wife and our daughter. Today is June 7th and I still do not have them. The tracking info they give is useless and just continues to show the product still in China after more than a month? I have emailed, and they respond that it is still on the way - I do not believe it will ever get here.
