I am an associate of the target. The scammers repeatedly called me and left voicemail messages saying they need me to contact the target to ask to reach out to the scammers so they can deliver an urgent letter related to a “complaint that has been forwarded to [their] office for consideration of legal action including a filing of a lawsuit or complaint with the court”. The phone calls come from +1 (757) 980-1038 but the messages ask to call the 1-888-921-0878 number mentioned above.

The person who called my cell had my first name. Asked if that was my name and I said "Yes" and then he hung up. I suspect he recorded my "yes" response.

This scammer has been attempting to reach me by phone, on over 80 occasions since June 4, 2025. They call from a different number each time, I decline the call, and they will leave a recorded message stating that "your file has been reviewed and is almost approved, so they are waiting on you to verify some final details. Please call us at 866-878-1552, or press 2 to speak to an underwriter. To decline, press 9". I have not picked up any of these calls, as they all come up as "Spam Risk" on my caller ID.

Received phone call from 715-597-4630. They asked if I was....used my name. I said "yes" and they hung up. I am in Duluth, MN and caller id was from Osseo, WI.

Telephone call received from phone number 1-315-207-8208 with a detailed voicemail message that was left as follows: This is Michelle, I'm calling to follow up with a complaint received in our office for XXXXXXX(name omitted for privacy). The reference number is xxxxxx(reference number omitted for privacy) again that is xxxxxx. Documents regarding your file are being prepared to be sent out. You will need to be available to sign for delivery. The issuing agent will dispatch information. If they are unable to reach your account, they will attempt to reach you at your very first place of employment. In order to stop further actions from being taken, you will need to contact the issuing agent immediately at 888-657-4456. This call is being logged and recorded as proof of efforts to notify you.

The phone number called my mother and left a voicemail. The scammer sounded like a phone company and said that her phone would be locked down at 830 pm tonight. I called back the number from my phone and listened to the same automated message and blocked the phone number.i did not listen to the whole message

The caller left a voicemail, a recorded message that said something about an "order" and instructed me to "call our customer service line." I didn't hear where it was allegedly calling from, as the voicemail was cut off at the beginning, due to it being a robocall.

My son-in-law, wife and today, me, were contacted by text message by someone from phone number 762-499-7954 who said that if I didn't call the number they would assume I am waiving my rights to make remediation. They did not identify themselves either by name or by company. I did a reverse phone check and indications were that is is a scam. Many other people reported this number. I even called Verizon, my phone company, and the tech there looked up the number. He said it was a robocall number used by debt collectors but he also said that these numbers get recycled and scammers often use them. I am not dumb enough to call!!
