I placed an order for a camera on 3.26.25. the charger arrived, but not the camera. The tracking number says it has been out for shipping since April 2025. Emails to the co are replied to indicating they are reviewing the matter and understand my frustration, and sincerely apologize, then say they have a 14 days return policy, but since I haven't received the order it cannot be returned, and to check back later.
