Looked up tow truck company in emergency. Called, forced me to pay before any service was received, took ~3 hours to call back. When they called back, we asked to cancel, which is when they said that it would be an additional $80 fee. Threatened to report them for being a scam after we found initial report, so they removed the initial $250 fee.

Requested towing service. Suspicious that we did not receive a confirmation email, text or phone calls as promised. Towing service was not received. Requested refund. Funds appeared to be returned, but then the refund no longer appeared on our account.
