I purchased a raincoat on sale for $21.98 and then it stated add purchase protection but would not allow option to decline and when I tried to x out it quickly messaged me purchase complete. I tried to cancel the order immediately and messaged and emailed fake contact(support@oliveandevy) checked my junk folder and said undeliverable. I checked my credit card and saw transaction of $70.98 to PERASELECT.COM VINEYARD USA

Searched for a dress online. Website came up in a Google search. Purchased a dress. Dress that was delivered was a knockoff that was poor quality and screen printed, not embroidered like described. Merchant's help email comes back undeliverable and the phone number does not work.

Bought shoes on line through an ad I found while googling. Product (6 pair of shoes - only 3 I had ordered - the others were in error) REEKED with petroleum and plastic odors. Had to put them in the garage because the odor was so egregious. Tried to return via the [email protected] email - email was returned undeliverable. Called Nordstrom to put a dispute on the transaction of $121.38. Then Nordstrom called me about two fraudulent charges from two companies I'd not heard of. tunohealth and luvodeals. Credit card has apparently been breached so Nordstrom is reissuing the card and investigating the disputed transaction. I have provided them with all available order information.

Purchased a pair of sneakers that were advertised for $39.99. When I got to the checkout screen I was asked if I would like to buy shipping protection for $9.95. I declined it, and the transaction went through anyway. I immediately received an email stating I purchased an item from a completely different place for $89. I never got a confirmation email from the actual site I purchased from. I do have the confirmation page showing the item for $39.99 and the shipping protection which I declined for $9.95.

I was charged twice (a duplicate order was entered, with additional charges for $39.99 "Rewards" and $9.99 "Priority support and faster handling," neither of which I authorized. Additionally, the dress I ordered is advertised as cotton and is clearly a cheap polyester. There is no tag in the garment and they do not respond to emails after the initial contact to resolve the matter. They asked for photos and then never responded again (after I sent photos, screenshots of my order, and additional details), which is the same tactic used by another company that scammed me by sending something totally different (and a fake) of the item I attempted to purchase.

I saw a very attractive coat when I did a Google search and couldn't believe the deeply discounted price. I went to the website oliveandevy.com and tried to purchase 2 items. The cart kept giving me card-error messages so I'd put it in and try another card. I didn't realize this was a fake site, mining me for credit card data, until I looked into it online.

My bank blocked the card automatically and I was texted about an attempted charge of double what was in the cart and 7 further separate attempts to charge my card without any confirmation of sale for the items.

They go by oliveandivy.com or oliveandevy.com but are registered @marenonli when they try to make the bank transactions.

That was a cute coat. At $21, too good to be true.
