Report

I purchased some crochet patterns online on the website feedingpaws-shop.com and I was charged for an additional purchase I did not make.

I was then charged $29.95 for a membership which I had refused during the initial transaction. I have now been charged $29.95 again. There was no explanation or email regarding the charges.

When I complained to the website by email, I received what appeared to be an email from a person named Chloe stating "I do want to be upfront with you: since this is a digital product that's delivered instantly, our policy states that digital purchases are non-refundable, and once delivered, we honestly have no way to verify on our end whether this happened due to a system issue or something on the customer's side."
