I received 4 unsolicited SMS text messages from the SMS short code 360656 (the sender used the name "Borrowly"). This appears to be an advance-fee / fake loan phishing scam. I never applied for a loan, I do not have a Borrowly account, and I did not click any links, did not reply, lost no money ($0), and gave no personal information.

The most recent text, received Friday, October 23, 2026 at 12:05 PM PT, said the account was "confirmed to borrow after review" and directed me to log in at https://sub.borrowly.io/jieuninJ. Other texts said the borrowing request "has processed" and included these links: sub.borrowly.io/NJIV8VId, myborrowly.org/NwATQQLG, and myborrowly.org/NaE7TUh7.

Note: the form's phone-number field would not accept the 6-digit short code 360656, so I am documenting the short code here instead. The scam websites used are myborrowly.org and sub.borrowly.io.
