I made an order and never received it. It wad a $40 purchase for thermal changing swim trunks. I had ordered them back in April and recently the order disappeared of my shop app and the website disappeared on shopify

FAKE FRAUDULENT COMPANY. This company advertised on Instagram for some color changing swim trunks. I ordered a pair for $19.95. That was 2 months ago. All my shipping tracking has said “order placed” for 2 months. I have emailed them three times for status and then a refund. I also cannot locate them on social media anymore. I believe this company is fake and has no products, and takes peoples money. I have opened a case with my bank to get my money back.
