I purchased an item online via the Tik Tok Shop. The item is unusable and upon requesting a return, I am receiving fraud emails refusing to provide the return information. The contact information is oprahpicks

27 November 2024 @ 1416, I place an order with a 'company' I believed was Judy Blue Jeans Co. I ordered "Holy Grail" tummy control bootcut jeans; Buy 2, 1 Free @ $119.97, using my PayPal account. After placing the order, I decided I didn't want the jeans as I was certain these were knock-offs. Today, I emailed the company @ HUAYANSQ5M2, stating I wanted to cancel my order & wanted a refund. I then contacted PayPal to begin the process of initiating complaint, with very poor results or little support. I attempted to register statements with the Resolution center, both written & verbally, without any results, wasting about 2 hours.
I appreciate any assistance.
