Ad said FREE sample only pay shipping for

$4.99. They billed me for &172.90 for 2 samples 14 days later. I called there phone number and thy agreed to refund half of the amount. I went to my bank and just before I left I noticed that 2 deposit in my account were added back into my account for the amount of what was agree upon. The next day I checked my account and the money was gone. I cancelled my card immediately.

I will never order anything like this again!

Initial order seemed easy until the terms & conditions were listed at end. I then declined order. The Co. sent am E-mail confirming order & my husband saw it & assumed o.k. I then advised him it was a scam. He immediately called them the same day, Oct. 4th @ 2:27 to cancel. Confirmation cancel order #1237913. On Oct 10th, we received the product. I immediately called customer service, Danae, who said in future orders were cancelled BUT, because there was a delay in their fulfilling the order I would still be charged 6.95. On principle this is a scam. When something is cancelled within 1 hour why should it be sent out from Odessa, Fl to Maitland several days later. I recommend that no one should do business with this company.

I ordered cream this company. They said I had 14 days to cancel. However, there was no telephone number or address in the package that came with the cream. I could not cancel. When I got my credit card bill, I saw that they posted an $89.95 charge on my card less than a week after the cream had been delivered. I knew I was being scammed. I called Citicards, who tell me that I was scammed but not defrauded, whatever that means. The telephone number that appears on the bill must be a non-working number. I have called it so many times and no one answers. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM REVYVE SKIN CARE..........

I ordered the free trial for $6.95 shipping. I checked my bank account 4 days later and there was an additional charge of $6.95, a random charge of $1.99 plus an unauthorized charge of $59.95. I checked the T&C and read that it was still during the trial period, so I called to get a refund and cancel my alleged membership. No one answered the phone, but an unknown caller called me back and identified himself as "customer service". I had to ask him with which company was he affiliated. I was given the run around. He talked about product results, customer feedback, even me starting a business and how my return policies should be. I asked to speak to his supervisor, who was "not available" due to a high volume of callers. I told them that their business practices were deceptive and asked how they could sleep at night scamming people? I repeated that I was canceling the subscription and WOULD be getting a refund for the $59.95. The T&C read all postage was non-refundable. He told me that due to technology being so intricate, I must have clicked to order products or none would have been sent to me. The CSR told me to call back when the product had been delivered. I e-mailed requesting a refund and cancellation. No actions have taken place as of yet. Will be contacting my bank ASAP to dispute these charges.

Received item in mail. DID NOT order, don't know company. My credit card has been hacked ! So far only $4.95 taken. Have notified my credit cards of this scam.

I received trial products that I did not order as I have skin allergies so I would never order anything like this. Clearly my information was hacked, I called my bank and they are investigating this, I also called Revyve customer service to cancel and they told me they would send a conformation email for this within 2 minutes, seven hours later still have not received it, I will be calling them everyday unitil this happens, I want the cancellation in writing.

You’re under the impression that your signing up for a sample of their product for the cost of shipping only $6.95. Little do you know that you’re really signing up for a trail size. Apparently you have 14 days from date of purchase to “try out” he product for free. If you don’t call within 14 days they charge you $89.95 a month. It took over a week for my product to ship. I’ve only had it for seven out of those fourteen “trial days” and they say you’ll notice results within thirty days. None of it lines up. I called their customer service to complain only for them to hang up on my twice, argue with me the entire time, telling me “I’m not allowed to talk to them in such a rude tone of voice”. It’s a TOTAL SCAM! They offer to refund $60 so you end up paying $30 plus the $6.95 shipping and they’ve made money! What a joke. The add I saw also claimed the compang made an appearance on Shark Tank.

This company is a scam! They are using celebrity names and faces to sell their product and are not endorsed by them. Their product does not work and their claims are not true. They also promise a "Free" product, what they don't say is that it is a trial period and they charge your credit card $89.00, 14 days after the order and refuse to refund any money they charge. They also add products in your cart, pretending they are free, and then charge you for them at a later time.
