My experience was very similar to the above. (Purchased off of TikTok). Got the auto response reply after 3 attempts to email order status (no ship response after almost a month) with the offer for $5 off. The only thing I did different than some of the folks above is that I filed a claim with my bank to reverse the funds, so they did. My bank said if I receive the item, funds will be re-reversed. I emailed RevitaLife saying to cancel my order - I've already contacted my bank to reverse the funds. No response. Then I receive the item a month later. These people are a joke and should be permanently shunned from the internet! Notice their site has no room for testimonials! If they were on Amazon I'd light 'em up but they are very deceptive with where they appear and are no open to feedback, clearly! So frustrating.

I purchased a hula hoop off of an ad that ran on Tik Tok. I emailed them two weeks later and asked for a status on my purchase. Received no response. Tried again to contact them to cancel my order and again have received no response. I’m out $45.

Purchased the smart hula hoop on June 9th 2021. Havent had any updates. Just the same automated message that everyone else Is getting. Wanting to take off 5 dollars basically for inconvenience. I emailed them earlier just asking them to cancel my order and refund me. Bet I get the same automatic message again.

I have made a order on 6/1/21 paid for two of them I have emailed them several times and they have not sent me a response email. They were hurry to take my money but not hurry to let me know what the shipment status is.

WOW, I found the complaint above to be EXACTLY what happened to me. I placed on order June 6, 2021 and at least 2x a week I get an email with a coupon or an offer to buy additional items from the company. I've reached out a total of 6 times and asked about the status of my order and I've gotten a response twice. Once with the $5 off and the other saying they're going to check the status and get back with me. It's been just shy of 30 days and while I understand there are sometimes delays, there should be some kind of communication with the customer when things happen. At this point I'm really actually doubtful this is a real company but I guess we shall see.

I placed my order on June 9th. I got the same email back about wanting to give me a 5 dollar discount. Its been a month and have had no updates other than that.

I also placed my order on the same date, and have not received anything. No one will respond to my outreach. I'm livid and don't know what to do now!

I placed an order through this site and my money was immediately taken from my account. Over a week passed and my order status still said "order placed". So I reached out and asked if there was an idea of when my item would ship. Days went by and I never heard back so I sent another email. Again, days went by and then I finally got a response. In short it said, we apologise for the delay your item will ship soon. They offered a $5 credit as well and asked "what do you think about that?" More time went on and still no shipping notification and no status change. I reached out again and stated that I wanted to cancel my order and get my money back. You guessed it, days go by before I finally hear back and it's the same email I received before. In total I got the exact same email 3 times and I asked for a refund twice. I have not heard back since and it has now been just shy of 1 month since I placed my order. I tried to go to the site and use their online chat help option and never got a response. I realize I am never going to get my item and there is a very small chance I will get my money back. I sent an email saying I was going to the ScamPulse.com to file a complaint so others don't find themselves in the same situation. And again, still no response.
