Type of a scam Online Purchase
I downloaded the app and then saw I had been charged a $69.00 fee to my debit card for the app. Nowhere did it mention the product I agreed to purchase.
I then contacted them Immediately via their customer service email address and explained the situation and asked for a refund as I did not agree to purchase a $69.00 app. I was told I could cancel the app if I wanted but they do not issue refunds. Then they proceeded to tell me (via almost 20 emails) they had no record of my email account and tried to give me someone else's email and password! Which clearly I was not going to use.
After an all day experience of going back and forth I was finally able to cancel the app late in the evening but they proceeded to insist there would be no refund.
I was forced to contact my bank the following morning and dispute the charge, this entailed me having to close out my debit card, file the dispute and now wait 10 business days for a new debit card.
If this company is not committing Fraud, they are questionable at best. Buyers BEWARE!
