This guy is a scammer. He posts ads on craigslist offering unrealistic deals and then asks for a bunch of your personal information, but doesn't give any of his own information. After further investigation, the property he was claiming to rent out was actually bought 2 months ago by someone else. When I drove past this place is was not vacant. He refuses to give a tour of the home, and insists on receiving a $800 deposit BEFORE you can go see the place, or get the keys, or the "lease agreement". Luckily my father is a detective and looked further into this for me. We have a phone number, email address, and have also contacted the people who owned the property to inform them of what this person is trying to do. There will be a report made and this person will be caught.

Rev. Christopher Albright Sr. is a scammer. He trying to rent beautiful apartments out for cheap stating they are family owned. He wants all information on you but wants to use a bogus delivery service. He uses the cell #1-361-402-3573 or email [email protected]. If you are using Craigslist be aware of this add or other out off town address/landlords. Craigslist was notified but have not removed the add as of yet. (Craigslist Rochester NY,--- 384 Frederick Douglass St, Rochester New York 14608 is a scam)
