I responded to an add on YouTube for RetroSnap.com. Purchased two small hand-held video game devices that never arrived. Although they were responsive to my first few emails to [email protected] about the products, they have since, dropped off the face of the Earth and decided not to communicate. There is no phone number on their website and no way to talk to anybody. I have spent over $150 dollars on nothing more than a pain in the [censored] runaround and a proverbial "Thorn in my side."
