I ordered heels on April 11, 2025. I paid an additional $26.99 for priority shipping which was supposed to be 3-5 days. it didn’t specify business days but I figured maybe that was more reasonable. I didn’t receive any update or tracking information until April 18, 2025 (the last day of the 3-5 day window). It only stated that the package had arrived at the receiving point. I reached out to them on April 21, 2025 for a more clear understanding. I had to email multiple times to get a response. None of the questions I asked were answered. For example, I explained that the tracking site they use is not very clear and I didn’t understand. They responded asking me to be patient. Mind you, the delivery window has already come and gone. When I asked them where my package is and how long it will take to arrive (because I needed the boots for my birthday party on April 26, 2025), I was told verbatim “…it is in transit I guess you’ll get it soon. please wait patiently…”. I looked up the reviews on the tracking site being used (17track.net) and many people stated that they never received their items or received the wrong item after waiting months. Today is April 28, 2025 and there’s still no clarity on where the boots are currently located based on the tracking link. 17 days after placing an order that should’ve made it to me in 3-5 days.
