Company charged 180.00 to jump start battery. Not friendly, for some reason I ended up being charged 190.00--assuming they placed an unnecessary fee in or included themselves a tip.

On October 27, 2024, my tire went flat right outside of Atlanta. I called a company, https://roadside.roadmaster-tow.com/. They promised a 30-minute response and to bring a new tire. After waiting 30 minutes, they called and said 90 more minutes, then after waiting approx 45 minutes, they called and said 90 more minutes. I had been reading the reviews on this company after the first phone call. I saw that this might be a scam. I told them to cancel, and they refused. I waited another 45 minutes, and I was able to plug the tire enough to drive the 2 hours home. I called when I got home, and they said someone was on the way, and I said cancel because I'm home. They refused, and now I'm charged for a tire and a tow that I never received. Bank of America refuses to remove the charges. I'm unsure how I can be charged as non-refundable for a good or service that was never received.

I got into an accident and was stranded at the side of the road. I called (650)250-5046 and told them what happened. I told them my car was inoperable, all the airbags went off, my car was in a cornfield about 40 feet from the road and where I needed it towed to. They put me on hold for a few minutes and came back with a high estimate of $395.00. I agreed since I didn't have many options and they charged my card and said someone would be there in 30 minute. About 40 minutes later a tow truck shows up and my phone rings. The dispatcher says the tow truck driver wants another $250.00 or won't tow it. I call bulll[censored] and say thats extortion and won't pay. They laugh and say they won't give me a refund as the tow truck driver pulls away and they hang up. This company is pure extortion.

I’m sorry this happened to you. That company is bull and what they do is get a ballpark where they think they can make 50-150% for calling someone on your behalf. Most likely what happened is the tow guy was gonna charge say 250-350 and they weren’t gonna make any money. So they called back with the higher price. It’s absolutely bs and if you need a tow again try finding one with a local address and that should help fix the issue next time you might need one. Sorry I hate dealing with them as a tow guy myself!

I called to get my car towed and paid $190, then they called 30 minutes later to tell me their tow truck broke down and they have a different company coming to pick it up but I have to pay an additional $150 for that.

My car was broke down at a gas station. I needed a tow truck. Looked up towing companies near me. Found RoadMaster Rescue guaranteed arrival in 30 minutes. 650-250-5046 was the number called. The number that showed up on my phone was 650-761-5259. I explained I needed a tow and my location. The gentleman said it would be $258.00 and I had to pay before dispatch. A work order authorization came thru from National Roadside https://roadsync.app/p/wo/2gRPXQdnUMtX from 404-994-4399. Next a text came from 855-657-1570 Favour Ibanibo from National Roadside as a digital receipt. This was at 10:21 pm. The gentleman told me it would be 1 hour. Atfter an hour i called them back and hung up as i didn't want to wait and listen to the music until they answered the phone. i received a call from 281-270-6019 Houston Texas asking if i had called after a few minutes the original gentleman got back on the phone and said the tow truck had gotten pulled over by the police. He then left me on hold, got back on the phone and told me he had another company that could come and get me but i would have to pay $40.00 to the driver. I was angry and told him i was stuck away from home and needed the tow truck so i would pay. This number was 650-397-2653. At 12:06 AM I received a call from 346-626-1072 Sugar Land Texas which i missed because i was using the restroom. At 12:47 AM i decided he stole my money and wasn't coming. I called another wrecker service that was there in 15 minutes. At 2:32 AM AB COLLIER WREC called me 615-256-5840..................I was in bed. AT 4:11 AM 281-270-6019 called me I was in bed.I see this as a scam, they guarantee 30 minutes, and take your money regardless.

We had the same exact experience with the same company. They stole $485 dollars from us. They told us their compressor broke. This happened in Vail, Colorado. We are still trying to get our money back from the bank. This website gave us evidence for our claim
