UNLICENSED SCAM COMPANY

Beware! This man is a criminal. We called rescue plumbing and hvac (haledon) 11/6 to assess boiler, which was not working. They referred us to "home town services" in paramus. (There is no business by that name in paramus, fake address was given today) over the course of the next week, a boiler was incorrectly installed at the home of my elderly parents, ceasing to work several times that week following installation. Different reasons were given, more work was suggested and the price of the work rose to almost 17k. After 5 days of the new boiler continuing to malfunction, we called in an inspector from the town who confirmed it was installed completely incorrectly and dangerously. Three permits were required for this work and none were obtained. My parents were charged an illegal $900 tax charge. When asked, neither rescue plumbing & hvac or home town services would provide us with: business owner's full name, business address, or license info. We had to call the police to obtain information needed to pursue legal action. The town inspector said they will be fined $6000. Chimney was inspected today, they charged 3k extra to replace pipes in chimney. Inspector sent camera into the chimney: not a single pipe replaced. We are working with the police, false names given.
