I had received an email about a job offer, in which was no surprise because I had been applying to a lot of places for a remote data entry job. I didn't specifically remember this place but they told me I had applied with them through indeed, in which was one of the site I used to apply for multiple applications. In the email, they stated that the interview would take place over an app called Signal Desktop Messenger. The next day I reached out with the instructions I was given. Someone or something was conducting an interview with me where I shared my first and last name, and the address of where I reside at. The said they would send a check in the mail for me to receive to pay for equipment, in which sounded skeptical. I had not received a check in the mail and I have also read a lot of negative reviews towards this company and how they operate.
