Final Report +5 months, Refunded. A clerical error caused a misunderstanding regarding payments, which has since been corrected. Payment has been remitted in full, the matter is resolved, and both parties confirm there are no further issues outstanding. There was no theft or false identity involved.

Update: Scam Report on ANGIE TEBBE & KRISTIN LILL; REFLECT-VENTURES, Warranville, IL. They DID NOT REFUND my money and stole IP protected equipment.
I am updating this report to warn others about the ongoing scam and theft actions conducted by Angie Tebbe, MN and Kristin Lill, FLA. Posing false identity as Reflect Ventures (no hyphen), a legitimate company, https://www.reflectventures.com/team/ .
Over the course of five months, I was repeatedly misled with false promises of REFUND after their initial scam and breach of agreement. Despite my honoring their request to state 'Resolved', in order for them to send my funds back, they refused to send the funds back. They even signed documents confirming repayment Liability, and that it would occur; I never received a cent. Instead, I was strung along with a series of fabricated excuses, despite giving them a chance and time to restore; Their lies are profound:
Claims that payments were mailed to the wrong person. They would have the money next week, or next.
Excuses that wires couldn’t be processed.
Allegations that crypto accounts were frozen.
Each promise turned into another 2 week delay, deception, with outright lies.

The result: five wasted months, continuous manipulation, and zero repayment — only damage, frustration, and the burden of their deceit.

I am filing updates not only here on ScamPulse to warn others, but also with the BBB, Fraud Protections, Secretary of State in Illinois, Florida, and Minnesota, as well as with the bankruptcy lawyers handling Angie Tebbe’s proceedings. All warnings of these crime related women will go where needed.

⚠️ Warning: If you are approached by Angie TEBBE or Kristin LILL, be aware of their ongoing fraudulent activity. RUN! Their pattern of deception is extensive, documented by many Fraud Agencies , and should be taken seriously by potential partners, investors, or victims. Beware Reflect-Ventures.

Final Update – Dispute Resolved
I confirm that Reflect Ventures has issued a full refund, and this matter is now fully resolved. After additional discussion and clarification, it became clear that there were some misunderstandings and assumptions made on both sides, which we’ve been able to work through professionally.
I appreciate the steps taken by Reflect Ventures to resolve this dispute and restore goodwill.
There are no outstanding concerns, and I consider the matter closed.

Scammers are located in Miami FL, and Eden Prairie MN, but register their company in Warrenville, IL. The initial meeting occurred in Miami and we have reported to the police in CT, where I am located and in FLA. We have reported to fraud entities as well as to the Attorney General (s), Business Fraud prevention entities.
As the CEO and Founder of Company, I would like to formally document the Scamming actions and fraudulent representation and criminal actions of Reflect-Ventures with Angie Tebbe (and Kristin Lill) in their fraudulent role in Reflect-Ventures, who are known to scam companies out of funds under the false pretense of having the ability to consult businesses toward capital infusion and have failed to fulfill their contractual obligations despite receiving a $10,000 payment in CT and affiliated business group. No work or tangible deliverables have been produced, NOTHING, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issues, and our well documented attempts to negotiate fulfillment of their basic obligations on their part of Reflect Ventures have been unsupported. Theft of patented property is another concern and finally, their impersonation of the company Reflect Ventures (No HYPHEN ) is also of concern.
Regarding the issue of theft of property -concerning the improper retention of valuable, IP-protected property belonging to Company, specifically the IP protected device! With the proprietary importance of this commercial device, this is of utmost concern, especially in combination of the well defined fraudulent business actions. Well documented and witnessed deviant behavior of this Reflect-Ventures, who is acting under pretense of another company called Reflect Ventures, (no Hyphen in name) and scamming small businesses out of money. Issue of their actions of property theft as well.
