I am reporting this for a friend. She was send genetic testing materials, for dementia. It contained a vial with blue liquid and instructions on using the swab. Sent a very detailed form to fill out with personal information. Called many times a day, trying to get her to fill it out, then she gave them my phone number to help her fill it out. We threw it out, but they sent a second one. And keep calling. I called them today, 5/24/23 and they had her on their list. I told them we were not filling it out, and to stop calling. They asked twice, why we did not want to do it, and I said, twice, I do not need to explain, stop calling.
