On March 1st, Niko Maris presented a realestate investment opportunity on the sale of a condo in Palm Beach, FL. We agreed, dated and signed on paper. I initially gave him $7,000 in cash but later, he promised a better return if I Zelled more money into his wife/partner, Jeanne's account. Altogether, I gave him $ 8,250. For an entire year, every day we texted on whatsapp or spoke on the phone. Everyday there was a different excuse or lie. Everyday, he told me he was making deposit the next day. Evenetually, I just asked for my initial investment back. He always promised he would deposit more for the wait and issues. Months later, my friend called to say he had done the exact same thing to her, but for $ 10,500. Same excuses and lies and never a bank deposit. I have found the same complaint from someone else on Truth Finder site and felony charges. I feel as if me and my friend are not the only victims.

I have saved every text for over a year, documented every call .
