Advertised a cash as is transaction for a home explained how it worked and now refuses to abide by the agreement the contract is one-sided and predatory targets Seniors with disabilities into signing and then keeps extending it so that it ends up costing money for upkeep on a property that you no longer have access to paying for 2 homes because you are required to move out according to the agreement to complete the transaction I was misled by the company employee and conned into signing a contract that only benefits them not the homeowner They are doing Business in a lot of different states and I believe they are trying to sell my home out from under me by using a broker and another realty company in the area where the home is located they refuse to give me a physical address or business license and I am worried about it I still have the title but I have heard it doesn’t matter please help

I was selling a rental house I own plus my own house. The deal was, and a contract signed for both houses. I knocked $7000 off of rental house price and they were to put $10000 non-refundable escrow money for the purchase of my house. The closings were to be one month apart. They bought the rental with the $7000 discount but failed to put the $10000 escrow money down on my house....Not only have I lost the discount money but I bought the house I was moving into with the rental property sale, but now I have 2 houses I have to maintain until I can sell my house...Thus on top of it all I was aprox. 2 1/2 months I was waiting on closing and thus unable to sell my house....They put me in a real jam....

I keep getting telephone calls asking me if I am interested in selling a home in Fayetteville, NC (with a specific address). No, I tell them. It is not my house to sell. Sometimes, I say, sure, send me the paperwork. Nothing. The phone number is also 252-612-0758. When I start asking specific information, the caller's last name, where their offices are, they start to hesitate.

The house actually belongs to my son.

The calls are becoming harassment.

I received a call from Amy asking for Howard. I told her this was not Howard's number and he did not reside in my home. I asked her for Howard's last name and she told me Marcowka. He is in fact my brother in law. She gave me his address in Elgin, IL. She also told me she was inquiring about the property he had for sale, which was my home. I told her he has nothing to do with my house, it is not for sale, and never call her again. She would not supply any other information except to tell me she got all this information from a data base. My home was bought by my husband and I from my mother in law and is in a trust. I know nothing of this Amy, her company, and after talking with my brother in law, he is confused as I am how his name was connected to my phone number.

Said we had to pay $50 to view a house they listed. Wouldn’t give us address of house or show us pictures of house. Kept insisting on payment even gave a time limit we had to pay. Payment was to personal account not business. Said we would get our money back if we didn’t want to rent the house

I received a purchase agreement offer via US Mail from a questionable LLC offering to purchase real estate at a ludicrously diminished value. Most likely they found our LLC name and address via the Georgia Secretary of State's business directory search.
