On 11/29/2025, I ordered four 3 in 1 Beanie Hats for women from Raisbewae. I lost $50.97 on this order. Every 2-3 days I would receive emails indicating it was being shipped from Italy and going from various cities and then through Italian customs, then to US customs, and finally on 12/23/2025 I received my last shipping notification that it was being processed in the US. Several weeks later, I contacted their support email ([email protected]) and they said my shipment was on its way and gave me a tracking number. When I clicked on that, it showed the shipment actually came from China. I have contacted them several times since and get a this same robo-response within several minutes:

We have requested the carrier to expedite the transportation process.

However, occasional delays may occur in the logistics.

We've stressed the need for updated logistics information.

Please accept our apology for any inconvenience.
