My daughters pug passed away and she was depressed and felt empty so she started looking for another pug to somewhat fill the void. She found one she really liked on rachelpugpuppies.com but I was skeptical from the start but did it anyways. The “seller” said I needed to send $750 through zelle so I did. I asked for her address so I could come pick up the dog and she gave it to me but then I said I didn’t have the time to do it. The next day the seller said she was on her way to the shipping company and I would hear from them shortly with arrival times and everything. I got an email from bolt shipping services saying I needed to pay a refundable fee of $1,500 for pet insurance. I asked for the address of where the dog was at so I could pick it up and she gave me a Burlington Vermont address. I asked why was he in Vermont if you’re in Georgia, she said the shipping company sends all dogs to their headquarters. I said no and then told the seller she was a scammer and she said “IS NO SCAM” and said she would pay half the fee. I said no again and asked for my money back. I haven’t heard from her in over a week.
