YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ORDER

I can confirm the other complaint listed here. It's been 6 months and haven't received the order. The order page comes up as Not Found. No response from the seller.

At this point I've accepted that I lost $80. But the worst part is this seller is still actively selling online, still taking people's money. I'm under the impression that the seller isn't exactly mentally stable, and I sympathize with that, I mean the main reason I even bought the boots was more as a charity. But I wish it was framed as donation and not as a purchase.

And any kind of reply saying would be nice, even if they responded and said "hey sorry I'm going through a lot right now, it may take a year but your order will arrive." I wouldn't even mind. But no response.

Anyways. This is a scam. You will not receive anything. You will lose your money. Anything you buy will effectively be a donation made through deception.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

On 8/22/2021 I ordered a pair of boots from Rabbie Davis/ Rabbie Dee Draws on their now defunct website www.rabbiedavis.com for $78.75 USD. I received a conformation email from shopify, confirming I paid the invoice. The "shipping info and FAQ" section of their former website said orders may take up to 90 days or more to fulfill, and if orders were over 90 days, they should be contacted at their support email "[email protected]". On 9/16/2021 I emailed [email protected] for shipping information as I never received an email stating my order was being processed.

9/16/21 5:29PM: "Hey there, just wanted to touch base with you, I understand the boots are probably made overseas so shipping takes a while, but is there an eta on when they might arrive?

Thank you for your help"

I received no response. I sent them a message via their twitter account https://twitter.com/rabbiedavis regarding my order as I had received no response.

10/26/21 2:48PM "Hey hey just wanted to poke on Twitter- I ordered some boots about two months ago? From your old website rabbiedavis(dot)com? I'm assuming it's shipped from overseas but is there a eta on when they might get into the country?"

Twitter indicates the message has been sent, but not read as of 12/16/21. On 10/29/2021 I emailed [email protected] again, as I had still not received any information via email or twitter.

10/29/21 10:23AM : "Hello-I understand shipping is probably coming from overseas but I would love to get any kind of update before the 90-day mark on the status of my order. Thank you"

I received no response. On 12/15/21 I used their new websites "Contact us" form to submit a question asking about the status of my order with my email address. I have not received a return email, nor a conformation email even confirming my support ticket. It's safe to say this company is a scam, as they do not contact nor deliver on products. They stole my money and most likely many others.
