I ordered a basketball from their website and the charge appeared immediately on my credit card including the extra charge for priority shipping. I received an email thanking me for the purchase with no order number on it I have received no further updates. I cannot track it on their website without an order number. I have tried to contact them via email, messenger on their facebook page and the telephone number posted on their website. The telephone number has a message that says "the cellphone customer you are calling cannot be reached" The email receives and auto response that they will get back to me.. They do not! I get no response from the message I sent on FB. I can only conclude this website is a complete sham.

Facebook ad. I placed order morning of 12/14. I received a confirmation with tracking for order 49245. I have cheked on it. When I saw absolutely no movement on the order I reached out on Wednesday 12/20. I received no answer, I submitted a request via their website and received no answer. I have submitted it as fraud to my credit card company and am being reimbursed that way. I used my address, credit card and phone number. That is all the information that I provided.

I placed an order on 12/10/23, payment was taken from company with no notice of a shipment date as of 12/21/23. When calling number provided, it’s not a working number.. when I emailed the email provided, no response from anyone. This is unfortunate as they scamming alot of people and Google is allowing their website to be active and continue to take money.

I placed an order on line for product. Received email that order was received and would be shipped in 1-2 days. Now a week later, tracking shows order received but still not shipped. Support telephone line says wireless caller isn’t available and to try again later. Email was sent x 3 to Support email [email protected] listed on website. Will try to contact credit card company to cancel payment.

I was fooled by this one pretty good! I am usually pretty alert on these things, but didn't become suspicious until I realized that I hadn't received an email confirmation regarding the shipment of my product and it had been a few weeks. I did get an email that said "Thank you for your order" and the email content was a bunch of ads linking me to their website. They definitely charged me and I am currently disputing the amount with my bank. I attempted to email them and call them. Their phone number only states a "The wireless caller you are calling is not available" outgoing message. It was upon receiving this that I did a quick google search to find out that they are a likely scam!

I ordered from this company on December 2. As of Dec 13, it said the item was shipped and CA is awaiting shipment. The phone number has been disconnected. No replies to emails. Upon looking on their socia media pages, several people are commenting they have not received packages. No communications, no products, nothing.

Have not received product. Money has come out of checking account. No answer to email or phone calls. Do not order. Has anyone received any kind of product at all?

Do not buy from this vendor. I purchased a QBounce Silent Basketball 2.0 Indoor Basketball size 7 on December 3, 2023. Card was charged for $35.08 and I received confirmation email that order was placed.

However, aside from that confirmation email I’ve heard nothing else regarding my order. Instead I keep getting more marketing emails from the company. I started checking the status of my order and just see “ordered” but no progress in regards to shipping, not even an estimated shipping date.

I reached out to the company using their contact us email…[email protected] and I called their customer service number 1-346-257-8703. I haven’t received a response via email and when I called the number I get a message that the recipient is not available.

I am going to call this one a scam and going to work on trying to either cancel my order and request a full refund which I don’t expect for them to give to me. If no refund is received then I will file a BBB report and/or continue to warn others about this scam. No product was received at any time after making this purchase.

I ordered this product on November 28, 2023. No answer on phone no response through email. They have already taken the money. I would say this is a scam company getting your money and no product. They say they are in Texas and the product is going to Texas so they should be able to get to them but no response except to say they got the order.

Ordered on line on Nov 26th, 2023 and to date have received one email confirming my order. The tracking function on the order shows no activity. The funds in Canadian dollars of $76.60 have been posted to my credit card as of November 27th, 2023. I have written to them 3 times with no response and called their posted telephone number of 346-257-8703 which is not valid.

Attempted to track a package from QBounce crashed my computer, I was requested to phone Microsoft Tech Support. Mike? fixed my computer "warning" by having me shut it down and reboot. Suggested I call my bank's customer service and get a secure line to avoid a hacking. He placed the call for me and I thought I was connected to my bank. Some where along the way after an hour or so I started questioning the validity of the call. No personal info was exchanged accept for name, address and phone number. Item was charged to my credit card but has not been received and am unable to track the item.

Made a purchase online. Product was not delivered properly. On contact the company accused me of lying about a delivery. I did some research and found they are price gouging people at $80-100 when these balls are sold for $5-10 on Amazon and eBay.

Website was advertising quite bouncing basketball. Looked up similar items on other sites but this site had best deal. Website looks legit, however the phone number is not in use that is listed on website and the email confirmation has no ship dates were ever confirmed after 3 days. Emailed numerous times and no answer/return email. Don't use this site!

Purchased item on 9/24, a shipping label was created for item on 9/25 in Mableton GA and it has been there since. I’ve emailed 3 times, filled out the contact form on website to request contact back, even called the number on the website (which is not in service- and address on website is in Texas), and have contacted the Post Office in GA who tell me they don’t have the package in their possession yet.
