Ordered their product; tracking number does not show any packages; I received a notice from the company Quiet Bounce saying shipping label created and waiting for the product. Company HQ says Houston, TX; however on their email with tracking number it is showing that it’s being shipped from Miami, FL. Website only has contact by email; there is no telephone number

This is a fake website. I purchased a basketball the first week in December. I was told it was shipped and it has not arrived. I’ve reached out 25 times to try to cancel my order and check the tracking with no response. How do I get my money back?

I received the online link from our daughter, who I think saw this product on social media, (possibly Facebook), and suggested it as a Christmas gift for our grandson. I ordered and never received the item. After I contacted the company, I did receive a response that said they would look into it. The email was generated from a site called Zendesk. When I stopped the payment through my credit card, they contacted me again asking that I reinstate permission for the charge, which I didn’t do.

Saw advertisements and ordered from what appeared to be a legit site for a basketball. Immediate response that it was ordered. Recieved tracking info originally but nothing updated after few days and never recieved after a month. Phone number disconnected and sent multiple emails with no response.

The website is Quiet Bounce and it advertises an indoor basketball and accessories. My son saw it online and asked me to order it for him. I checked out the website first to make sure it wasn't a scam and the website listed a Houston address, which i later found out was the address to a USPS building and a Houston phone number that I later found out doesn't work. I placed the order on the 7th and the website guaranteed that I would receive the product in time for Christmas. My order hasn't even shipped yet and it's been almost a month. I cannot get in contact with anyone and there are thousands of similar complaints on the "company" instagram @tryquietbounce. I've tried to get my money back several different times and I receive no response. I think they're advertising to kids on social media and youtube which is where my child saw it.

I order the ball and hoop on Dec 15th 2023. I never got an email saying my order was processed or anything. I sent 2 emails and called the disconnected phone #. When you look at the order confirmation its say couldn't determine address fir the ball but the hoop was shipped. Not sure if this is a scam but you have no way of contacting anyone.

I asked my dad to buy a Quiet Bounce indoor basketball as a Christmas present for my son from this company and they charged his credit card on December 10th and have never sent the item. They responded one time via email to an inquiry he made wondering why he had not received the product. My dad and I have both emailed them again with no response. The listed phone number goes nowhere. I have looked online and it appears that many other people have had the same issue with Quiet Bounce.

I ordered this basketball on November 28, thinking there was plenty of time for it to arrive as a Christmas gift. The address listed at the bottom of the website is in Hpuston, Texas. According to the tracking information, it has been making it's way to me for 3 weeks but has still not arrived. I think I have been scammed.

Found this product on instagram and website looked legit. Ordered two of the basketballs on 12/8. Order status says ready but unable to identify a carrier. I sent in three inquiry forms to understand what that means. No response. I tried calling the telephone number-apparently disconnected.

We ordered the quiet bounce basketball on 12/11. We never received a confirmation email or any tracking information. The ball never came. I have emailed the customer service email numerous time with no response. I have also called the number listed on the website, but it always says the person is unavailable.

I purchased (1) QBounce™ Silent Basketball 2.0 - Indoor Basketball on December 8th. On December 18th I received an email stating that my order was delayed. I have reached out to the company and received no response. When I track my order status it says it is ready but no tracking info is available. This is a scam and the reviews on their website are fake. I know these things happen but it doesn't make it any less disheartening when it happens. I hope these people feel proud of themselves for stealing from families and making a child's Christmas wish list item unattainable. May they reap what they sow.

I placed an order on the website on December 11th. It said “fast shipping”. When I started to realize it wasn’t going to be here by Christmas I emailed customer service. I was assured they received my order and that “processing time is 1-2 days” even though 11 had passed and my order hadn’t shipped. I emailed back two more times with no response. Now I am contesting the charge and hoping to get my money back.

Ordered from QuietBounce. Took a long time to get my product. Finally received it and it was missing items - the basketballs- which is the reason I ordered. I have made several attempts to contact the company - emails go unanswered - phone number is disconnected. The address given is that of a post office.

Company is out here scamming people under the guise of being a legit company.

On Dec 11th, 2023, I ordered a Quiet Bounce basketball and paid for priority shipping. The website claims 2-3 days processing time. I received confirmation email but order has still not been processed. I sent an email and only received form letter response. I attempted to call but the number does not work. I googled the address and it is to a post office. There is no way to contact this company and they are still taking orders but not fulfilling them.

I ordered 2 of their QuietBounce basketballs with hoops (one hoop free bc 2 balls ordered). Website indicated would receive in time for Christmas. Received 2 emails - first was “Order #46803 confirmed” with tracking link, second “Thank You for Your Purchase!(my name inserted)🧡” containing coupon codes, etc. Almost 2 weeks later and the Tracking Link still says “Status: Ordered” & “These items have not yet shipped.” I’ve emailed several times and received the same auto response

I have repeatedly called the phone number and get the message saying, “The wireless customer you are calling is not available. Please try again later.”
