Utilizing the website Purshoadex.com, I purchased several Star Wars themed shirts. At first, the shirts showed shipped from Ireland (a separate order placed showed them shipped from Italy). The shirts took several weeks to arrive, and when they did, the quality was extremely subpar. The images were obviously a rip-off, extremely blurry and pixelated. I initiated an email with their support requesting a full refund (and I would return the shoddy merchandise). Instead, they began haggling with me over email: “We will give you $7.” Then “we will give you $12”. Then “we will give you $15 but that’s the highest we can go.” I have pressed for a full refund (which I fully expect to never see), and advised them I would be reporting them to the ScamPulse.com to avoid future scams on other individuals.

Online Retailer Scam

I ordered a shirt from this company, purshoadex.com. It is supposed to be a Star Wars themed shirt. I received an Iron Giant shirt that clearly was a rip off and not licensed merchandise. Their website states refund policy is that they provide return label. They refused to do so, made me pay additional $18 to return the item. Now the item is sitting in their building, they are refusing to acknowledge it was delivered, I am out almost $64 and I get zero response from them and no help or response from Paypal. The website lied about the return policy, the company will not respond to me, they have my money AND the shirt that is OBVIOUSLY not a licensed product. Avoid this website or suffer a similar fate and I would honestly think twice before ordering anything and using Paypal to pat for it, they simply do not protect you! I have reported them to the US Dept of Justice, US FTC, and the state police.
