I purchased from them and received an email saying it was delivered. I contacted the seller to let them know it had not been delivered. I was told to "wait, dear". After multiple attempts to get a refund, the seller begged me not to report them, offered me $10, and to reship. I was fed up at this point and did not trust them. I asked for a refund. They refused to respond. I filed a complaint with PayPal, which was denied because they said they received proof from the seller that it was delivered to my address. They refused to show me the proof. I'm not sure what kind of scam they have going with PayPal, but no delivery was made. I am frustrated at both this seller and at PayPal who was supposed to have my back, or so I thought.
