Three days before my next shipment would be charged and mailed out I emailed them to cancel the order. Also to cancel any further orders. They replied with a normal email stating they understand and would. They did not and still charged me and a day later after charging me they shipped the product out to me. In the meantime I was emailing them when I saw the charge pending to try and stop it and they would not reply until the shipment was confirmed then they started emailing again about how they understand it was really bizarre.
