Pick puppy your interested in. Send payment through Zelle, if you don’t have that can use credit card. Need pics of front and back of card along with receipt. Sent contract very throughly written. Many details that makes you think it’s real. Puppy was 40% off due to additional puppies being borne and wouldn’t have time for all of them. Pet nanny was to get part of money sent. Puppy was to ride on her lap in main cabin. Then got an email from [email protected] Mike Dugan #1800-698-7447. They said to ship puppy had to be in an air conditioned crate. It was to cost $995.00, they may or may not refund money back to you. What happened to the pet nanny? Then I was sent a threatening email stating, they weren’t a dog hotel, I could be fined, was a federal offense go to jail. Told them go ahead, they were a scam and that I had turned them into the ScamPulse.com and also filed a scam report with the federal government. Haven’t heard from them since.

On November 6th I put in an inquiry for a puppy. The dogs were listed at $700. I chose a male initially named "Alexis" I received a contact email with pictures and video the next day showing the "puppys'" personality. It was perfect.

I sent payment for the "deposit" of $200 on November 8th, 2023. I sent another payment on November 10th, 2023 of $101. Due to the fact that I know how cashapp works for payment and transfers- I sent an extra dollar to cover the transfer fees. Now; at this point I felt good about what was going on. We had exchanged text messages and he and his "wife" had decided to cover the shipping fees for the dog due to my medical condition. I am epileptic, and have PTSD from all the medical procedures I've had done. I literally cried when he told me that they felt the need to do that. Because of my condition and where I lived he offered to let the dog be delivered to me after I had paid an initial $500- he said and I quote "You should at least be happy while you finish paying off the dog".

He would keep in contact with me and I with him. He would ask me how I'm doing- How my family was doing. I would always ask how the pups were doing. He would give me vague answers like: "they are well" or "great with potty training". I'd ask what food they were on- he told me purina. I had paid him another $200 on December 7th. Not in the form of cashapp because the "person" that he tried to send me too kept getting a declined payment. So, we came up with a solution- to put the money on a prepaid visa card (I have pictures and receipts). No harm there. Only he wanted it for his "son" to surprise him for Christmas. What kind of businessman tells what they intend to use the money for!? That is not my problem!

On December 5th I notified him that my dad was flying out to pick up the puppy because we didn't like the idea of the pup being put in the belly of the plane, to which he agreed that it was fine. He would hand over all the documents needed for the dog to fly- I gave him the flight times and where my dad would be staying. Today, on December 13th, 2023- Tyler Simmons was notified that my dad would have his number to get in touch after his plane landed to which Tyler responded "ok". My dad landed at DIA in Colorado at 1:13pm. He then took a shuttle to the hotel he was straying at and notified Tyler again. No answer- my dad was getting worried; so he told me...I tried to contact Tyler myself...several times. No answer. We called, and texted for hours with no communication. At this point, we kind of realized it was a scam. We had hoped for the best and got the worst. This is the worst possible outcome that could've happened. This puppy was to be my service dog. Now with only 10 days until Christmas; I'm out $800 and a huge chunk of what I could've put toward my families needs is now gone to a [censored] of the earth scammer. My dad will fly home tomorrow (Dec. 14th) with nothing.

This person concealed themselves as a lady who needed to re-home her pet. They posted the dog on a Facebook page called “Pets for adoption and rehoming” (also looks to be a fraudulent group). We gave a deposit on the dog via Zelle for a total of $500 and when we went to pick up the dog, nobody showed up. This was an extremely intricate operation. The person (Ashlyn Sheree) sent multiple pictures of the dog and it’s toys/cage/treats, told us what food to feed it, gave a whole storyline of how the family couldn’t keep the “gifted” pet because nobody was ever home due to busy schedules, and how her daughter was heartbroken to let the dog go. They even gave us an agreement to sign saying we paid the deposit. We were told the second deposit of $200 never reached their account and sent us screenshots of their bank statement to prove same. If you need more information, I have all texts, facebook messenger conversations, agreement and bank statements. Additional emails that this person used are as follows: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]. Please help! Thank you.

I was looking to buy an english bulldog puppy on englishbulldogpuppies.com. The man who contacted me said the price of the dog was going to be $800.00 plus $200.00 for shipping and home delivery for a total price of $1000.00. The seller said to send the money through PayPal using friends and family due to them not accepting pending payments. After the payment was made, he said the shipping company would be contacting us to verify our information. Evarestshipping.com contacted us verified our information and gave use tracking information and said we could tack at any time. Then stated we needed to provide insurance on the dog for shipping costing $1100.00 and it was 95% refundable after the dog was delivered. After paying for the insurance, Evarest Shipping stated that we needed to purchase a crate for the dog gave us three options costing $950.00, $1200.00, and $1050.00 and stated that we needed to purchase the $1200.00 and the cost is 95% refundable after delivery. That is when I told them we were not told of these extra cost and would not be paying more money. I contacted the seller to explain what had happened and that we could not pay anymore money and those were cost that he should have covered because he did not tell us about the extra cost. He said the dog was legally ours and paperwork had been done so it was our responsibility to cover those cost. I told him that we had not seen or signed any documentation for ownership so we did not own the dog. I told him that he needed to pick up the dog from the shipping company and refund us our money. then him and the shipping company stopped responding to correspondence.

We were looking for a corgi puppy for my daughter when we came across this website https://karenscorgis.com/. I filled out the personal information part on the website and send it out

I received an email and a text about 30min later from the “seller”

We asked for more information about some of the pups and the “seller” provided us with videos and pictures of the pups

We proceeded with the payment through PayPal and not long after the “seller” said that the PayPal account was not right and we should make another payment to a different PayPal account

At this point I started feeling uneasy with this whole thing and called the “sellers” number

A man answered and said his name was Bryan, I asked him about the money and he said it was in a canceled account and he won’t return the money and hung the phone up

Have not been able to get ahold of Bryan or anyone else since.

The scammer solicited me on a Facebook page for golden retriever. He proposed a nice sounding deal and requested a $200 Zelle payment which I made. He demanded additional sums without delivering the promised puppy.

This is a puppy scam website that has stolen content from my website. The kennel is fake and they are trying to pretend to have puppies available to take deposits off people. It is a common scam and I have reported the website to google because of the scammer taking my pictures and text from my own website.

They claim to sell puppies for $990 but when you ask to video chat to see the puppies they say they dont have an app for it. Only can send pictures. Sounds like a scam.

Offered Frenchies for 950.00. They sent pictures but the emails seemed funny and then I checked the ScamPulse.com and found the same information. The address the provided was to a breeder of Yorkers. They also said they don’t allow people to physically see the dogs but sent pictures due to covid

I contacted them on FB page Gorgeous Spunky Chihuahuas to purchase a puppy for $700 plus $600 shipping with a person bringing puppy to meet at the airport. Sent $600 via PayPal for the transport of puppy with balance due on delivery. Then they contacted me again and said she gave me her sister’s PayPal to use and her sister took the money. Meanwhile she supposedly took the puppy to the transport agency without paperwork. Transport agent now says she didn’t bring a crate so I need to pay $300 for a crate. I said I was never informed about $300 for a crate. I refused over and over and stood my ground until the breeder supposedly took a crate to the transporter and I could reimburse her $300!upon delivery of the puppy. I called the transporter to inquire about delivery and he says breeder did not provide paperwork for him to transport puppy. After much back and forth texts with breeder (she claims no money to get paperwork since sister took the $600 I sent) transporter says he can do paperwork for $200. I refused to send more money. I told him he could get the health certificate shot record from her vet. Meanwhile the puppy supposedly was with the transport agency waiting to be shipped.

I never spoke to breeder by phone, only Facebook Messenger because was supposedly hard of hearing. I did speak to the transporter by phone.

I sent copies of my Passport, photo of me, my address and phone number, supposedly to use for paperwork.

I did cover up Passprt number when I took a photo of it.

Transporter phone number is 279-376-1966

Transporter also told me his name was Tom Chilton with PetRelocation.com.

There is a Tom Chilton on that website but he is American and the HR manager. Transporter had foreign accent. I reported it to PetRelocation.com.

I was purchasing a puppy from a breeder in Virginia. price for puppy included the shipping costs but was informed by ohana that they needed $600 for a special crate they needed for the puppy. I attempted to make the payment twice to two different zelle accounts and was notified that they were not actual zelle accounts. I believe the breeder and this company are a scam.

this was a purchase and a deposit online through facebook for a puppy.

A friend of a friend shared a post offering puppies for sale on Facebook. It turns out that it was an actual local person whose Facebook account was hacked. The scammer posts puppies, and in this case also a car, for sale and tags everyone on the facebook person's friend list that the scammer hacked. The facebook friends of the hacked account believe that the post is true since it came from a friend and share to more friends. People believe that post to be true because they have mutual friends. When reaching out to the person on messenger to purchase the puppies, they act as though they are the person that they hacked. In my case, the person I shared it with actually knew the hacked person, and the scammer denied that they were them, and also asked for money up front so we knew for sure it was a scam. We asked to see the puppies first and they stopped responding. I reported the fake profile to Facebook, but they have not taken it down. Also reached out to the actual person who was hacked and she said that it has been going on for months and Facebook still has not taken her hacked/fake/imposter profile down.

This is a “rescue” group on Facebook. I contacted them about an advertised dog for adoption. I paid $400 up front. Then I was contacted by a “transport company” who told me I needed to rent a special shipping crate for $250 and a tranquilizer for $50. I got in touch with the administrator, Paula Love, who told me this was legitimate, so I paid the fee. Once again I was contacted by the transporter that I needed to purchase insurance for $1000. At that point, I didn’t feel the purchase was on the up and up, so I pulled my adoption application and requested a refund. All my inquiries have been ignored.

On November 14th, Christine Rosenfield posted that she had Whippet puppies that would be available for adoption around Christmas time. This was posted to the "Whippet puppies for rehoming and adoption," Facebook group. The Administrator, Tracey Egan, made a post to her post saying that she reputable and they have confirmed that she does have puppies available. I sent Christine a message through Facebook Messenger and she responded. She said that she was asking $650 for the puppy, with a $250 deposit that would be applied to the cost. One Nov 14th, she sent me the contract. I signed the contract. She asked for me to send her the deposit via Zelle. I told her that I don't have Zelle, but could send it via Cashapp. She gave me her daughter's Cashapp ($Felicia20033) to send the money to, but it wouldn't work. Her daughter's name is Lashay Black. Then she asked me to send the money to her husband's Cashapp, Larry Middleton ($LarryMiddleton91). It worked and Larry reviewed the $250 deposit. Nov 25th, Christine sent me pictures of the dog and an update of his health. She asked if I wanted the dog neutered. I told her no. On Nov 27th, she asked me to send her husband $120 via Cashapp for the ownership document fee, which would be deducted from my balance due. I paid the fee and then later that night she me the document to sign. The document didn't look legitimate and my address was incorrect. When I told her about my address she wrote back, "My bad." and then few mins. later sent me back the document with the address corrected. The supposed Federal document was changed at 10:30pm ??? Some red flags about the document: Name of the agency at the top doesn't exist, although the second agency name does, the color of the seal, the name of the doctor, the owner's signature isn't the same, the quick turn around to correct my address, the weird dollar at the top corner, I'm pretty sure that the agency documents imports, not domestic pets, etc. The document is attached, as is the initial contract. Nov 28th, I sent her a text on Messenger to request to see the dog this week. She said Friday at 10:30Am. I asked her if she could make it 11:30 or 12 and to also send me the address of where to meet. No response has been received. This morning, I checked Messenger for a response, it says, "This person is unavailable on Messenger." I checked for her profile on Facebook, she no longer has a profile. I then checked for the Whippet puppies for rehoming and adoption Facebook group, it no longer exists as well. I sent an email to the address that she has been communicating with me [email protected] . I have received no response. The address she used [email protected] 1006 W La Rua St., Pensacola, FL 32501 Ph. 646-598-9769

It was a website offering the sale of a specific breed of dog (viszla) with pictures of puppies for "sale", and I contacted them about a puppy and they immediately asked me to make a down payment of $500. I asked to facetime the dog and get videos of the dog. The phone number that was given to me did not match up with the owner name on the website, and the paypal information that was sent to me also did not match up with either name. They refused to allow me to facetime the dog until I paid them. Once I stated that I would pay them after the facetime to see if the dog was real they stopped responding to me.
