Order from pupclo.com never arrived, no tracking and no contact.

I purchased this order from pupclo.com back in January they told me it would take 15 business days it is going on almost a month I tried to contact the scammer and they do not have to stop there is no phone number. They emailed me and said hey this is Joe I said I lost my tracking number but there is no tracking number on file! I paid with a debit card and have a tracking # he said I will check on it. I lost $213.00 on this. It turns out there is not even a tracking number to be found anywhere this guy Joe has taken my money and he thinks I’m gonna blow him off and forget about it I will do whatever it takes to get back my money or get my merchandise he is used to doing something like this and this Hass to stop
