I ordered a portable AC Unit online through Punovo's website (https://punovo.com/) After 3 days, I emailed them to cancel my order and they told me I couldn't because it had been more than 2 days, which the website doesn't say you have to cancel within 2 days. I received a FedEx tracking number (874348264676) but that was 7 days ago and only the label has been created, FedEx has never received the item. The phone number on the website does not work and they have ignored my emails requesting a refund since the item hasn't shipped and I haven't received it. I want a refund as this is a scam.
