I received a call from an individual saying his name is David Williams, and that he is the director from Publishers Clearing House and his badge number 704. He proceeded telling me that I have won 5 million $, check number is 7047800. Also won a 2022 Mercedes Benz and ask me to choose which color I wanted. Also won 5 thousand $ which I will receive every Monday for the rest of my life, from a Set For Life Promotion. My winning number is 43097 and a Release for prize money number is 970045. He proceeded to tell me UPS is on their way to deliver my car and the 5million $, they are about 2 hrs away, so I need to choose Walmart or Walgreens to go and give which ever one I choose the numbers he gave me and I will get a check from Bank of America. And I had to do this before they would deliver my car and other check from Publishers Clearing House.

A man called when I was visiting my aunt and told her she won the 2.5 million publishers clearing House sweepstakes. He was the manager of publishers clearing House (Dave foyer)and We needed to pay $558 shipping and handling to have it delivered to her home at 2:30 today. Said he was at the airport. Got very angry with me when I wouldn’t let him talk to my aunt again. Very rude. Had to be taken care of today.

I received a call on Sept 24, 2018 (after numerous times of not being home when he called) from Kingston Jamaic* ***. Person identified himself as Peter Bontinn with PCH and I had won a prize. He did ask for my bank info but I told him I don't know it by heart and he should have that already from PCH last time they called (he is not the first to call, but nobody else has that info either as I never give it out). He denied being in Jamaica, just that this was a phone in "the lobby" that was a roami*** t** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** * *** *** * ** ** *** *** *** * ** *** ** *** ** ** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** ** ** *** *** ** *** *** * *** *** ** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** * *** *** * *** ** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** * *** *** ** *** *** ** ** *** ** *** ** *** * *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** ** hat came up as Redford, NY on my caller ID. I asked just how do I send cash in the mail as it is not recommended, and he told me to send 499.99 this time. I questioned the .99 and he said just make it $500 then. I was to wrap it in white paper and tape it then put a post card around it. I told him I don't have a postcard that big and he said just cut it up to fit. I told him he could call me back in 10 hours as I was going to be getting up then but he wanted me to call him when I had the mailing done. I told him I think he is getting scammed as the place that this Francis is working from is a house, not an office building, but he told me not to worry about it. Both locations are houses, the CT one looking a bit more shady then the IA one on Google Maps. I did question him about the money and told him PCH told me in the past they do not ask for money. He said the team left today to deliver the prize, though I had told him to schedule it for Oct 6 instead. I acted as if I live in AK, giving him the AK time zone time when he called but he would not divulge where he was or what time it was there. He did not seem to understand English very well and had a strange accent, not Indian or what I know of Jamaican.

I was informed that I had won $2.5 Million from Publisher's Clearing House (I had not entered any such contest) and that my first installment check of $5000.00 would be arriving today, but I must pay $4.99 first for a 'Claimer Receipt'. I was reassured that the Claimer Receipt was refundable! I was also reassured that this was not a scam and that the ScamPulse.com was an oversight committee for this notification.

Claimed that I had won 2.7 million and a Mercedes Benz car. Needed to go to Wal-Mart and obtain a $385 card to be used as an invitation.

"Publishers Clearing House" called me, offering me $5 million and a Mercedes Benz IF I pay the caller $900. I was instructed to go to Walmart and wire the monies via Western Union.
