I ordered Derma PGX ANTI AGING Cream from an ad (my stupidity) and since I was using my phone it was hard to see what I was doing. It turns out that what I got was Derma Progenix...bad ingredients (doubt that it IS the real product.) I paid the $9.95 shipping. Since it arrived and is not what I ordered I have had an online chat and a personal talk with customer service from ProWhiteningSolutions.com. I think they are in Cambodia. On the on-line chat the person wanted me to meet them part way and pay $69 or something like that. I said NO. I wanted it stopped immediately. They did...but I will be checking my card. I took pic of the chat on my phone. I have also called the number listed for this fake ad for Derma PGX (that you can buy on Amazon or other places for about $40) and they are refunding my shipping charge. I noted today on the Derma PGX website...it was another fake one. Url is about whitening teeth (hint)., but I do think there must be a real website for DermaPGX. I am calling the AG in my state(NM). This is the url I used to order https://prowhiteningsolutions.com/dpgx149grn2/?transaction_id=10295eb136f94087c0... What was advertised was Derma PGX Anti Aging Cream..progenix something arrived. I do not know what it is actually since no label( says derma progenix) and contains none of the ingredients of what I thought I was ordering but has questionable ingredients so I will throw away. DERMA PGX Anti Aging Cream is real...but this website changes from that when you order and in small letters you have to click on some place to read that this a subscription @ $140 a month. I was successful in canceling so I am not really worried, but want others to know.
