Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I went through a normal loan service process in the veg, but the loan officer began to deposit money into my account. First time, it was to see if I was trust worthy enough because credit score didn’t mount up to anything so I did what was told which was take the money $710 in which they deposited into my account so I may put it on two target cards and afterwards I give them the code. Then, I do that and David Jones , loan officer, says the server is down after 2hours of calling me back on a Saturday . So he calls me on Tuesday morning because he said the weekend they are close including Monday. He told me that he deposited $490 into my account to pay for insurance. I, then, got alarmed but still done what he had asked because he said afterwards I would get funds. But hours into the next day pass my which is today 2/22/23 and changed most of his numbers except the one provided. I called that number he said after called numerous of times and said now I have to pay $400 dollars to get the funds. This man has all my personal information out there. I just want to make sure no one else gets scammed.
