I own Project Foster Kids USA. It is a recognized nonprofit based out of Oregon. I have had several phone calls from people who have informed me they have received letters from someone called Project Foster saying if they send money, they will be entered into a drawing to win $10,000. I assured the callers that this was not us and to contact their local law enforcement department. This submission is being done as a means of transparency. I have located a phone number for so called Project Foster, however I have never received an answer when calling.
