I purchased 4 scooter. With this company back in Feb I have not gotten what I ordered but instead I got a scarf in mail from China I didn't ordered I emailed a lady named Cathy informing her that my order never arrived she said it was delivered on jun7th but would give me address that it was delivered to she she to me that they were going to resend it and wait for 15 to 25 day for delivery she said there no date of delivery no tracking number to just wait this was on June 11 ,2023 and still haven't reserved my order . I was totally scammed by this company and I going to. Get my money back

I went through a Facebook ad for a holiday special discounted item and months later still have not received the product. Everything looked legit when ordered, got order confirmation # and tracking but nothing since and website will not pull up anymore.

A powerlifting backrest was ordered and paid for. I did not receive my product instead I received a small foldable Chinese hand fan. I contacted the company and they acknowledged that the wrong product was sent and offered me 40% return of my original order amount. They also wanted me to pay to $12.99 to return the 50-cent hand fan to them. I contacted them multiple times with no results or my money back. Credit Card company is looking into it.
