The website offers games for sale and says they will deliver digital in 30 minutes. There has been no contact back from website on why I have not received a game. The phone number that is given is never answered nor are the emails. This website needs the be taken down, after finding recent reviews they all say the same. I have requested a refund and no response from seller.

My veterinarian suggested I get a diffuser that helps calm my cat. I researched diffusers online, after which advertisements for the TheraPetMD diffusers started showing up on my Facebook account. I decided to try the TheraPetMD diffusers based on the description of the product making it appear that it had more calming effect on the pet. After purchase I got an email confirming the purchase and subsequent emails tracking the delivery. Tonight I got an email that the product was delivered. There was no product at my front door from TheraPetMD. I checked in my driveway, around the house, around neighbors homes, no packages were at their homes. Then I checked my driveway cameras, and front door cameras ( I have two cameras at my front door which shows people coming and going). There was no delivery made to my home. I went to TheraPetMD's website looking for a phone number to call and there is none provided. I then emailed them at their "support" email address and explained that the product had not been delivered. Next I googled TheraPetMD and found that this company had been reported to ScamPulse.com for exactly what happened to me, the customers placed the order, the company claimed it was delivered and the product had not been delivered and the company is most likely a scam. Additionally, I found articles in the Wyoming news that the address 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming is a notorious address used for scamming people. Consequently it is clear this company is a scam, I have alerted my credit card company and am going through the dispute process as well as filing this scam alert so hopefully other people find out this company is a scam before they purchase.
