Fake loan from PRIORITYPAYDAYLOANSERVICING LLC posing as LendingClub

I filled this complain out with the FTC They called my wife at 6:30 pm EST and said that shequalified for a loan, which she had been turned down from, from other lenders.
They sent her a fake agreement and asked her for her social and bank account number. They told her funds would be deposited within an hour.

I asked to speak to them on the phone as I was suspicious and I told him that WE DO NOT want the funds deposited until they could send a real loan agreement detailing the total costs, fees etc. By then they said funds were on the way and their was nothing she could do but return the money. We both reitterated that we did not agree to this loan until they could provide the above info and we had a chance to review the documents. We hung up. 15 minutes later another caller ( both indian) stated he was the loan officer and stated that she agreed to this and they could either debit the amount from her account or she could return it or they would seek damages. We repeated several times we did not agree to this and then hung up. She then contacted her bank and put a fraud alert on her account. She ended up having to change her bank account and sign up for credit monitoring services. After I had a chance to review what they sent i noticed it was a PDF stating they were from LENDING CLUB and it included several grammer errors.

I just got scammed from these people Speedy Pay Day Loan Servicing LLC. They told me I was approved for $2500 but deposited $4900 into my account. I asked him why they deposited so much money into my account and he told me it was to verify the funds. He then asked me to cash app $2392 to a $MannyPack which I did. After I did it I told him this doesn’t feel right and I feel like I’m laundering money. He said no, it’s just to verify the funds. He asked me to send the balance that I was approved for back to him and my money will be in the bank tomorrow. That’s when I told him I’m not sending anymore money and he can cancel my request. I reported to cash app that I was scammed by this person and I’m on the phone with my bank trying to correct this. I know I will have to pay back that $2392 because I was scammed. Take it from me, don’t get caught like I did. The email was from US Bank but in small print it said Priority Payday Loan. THIS IS A SCAM!

This a fraudulent approval letter...they kept calling me telling me i had been approved, i never applied for this loan company and they tried to edit their own document and sending it to my email however i noticed the spelling and how they stamped BBB, CFPB, FDI on the page to make it oh so legit.

what made me laugh was how they put David Long as the Senior VP...I don't even want to explain anymore because just looking at it compared to the original Speedy Cash Approval Letter is enough laughter for the day

Some more phony [censored] from your favorite scheme artists. You can see how they added their paperwork to the 1st document and the signatue on the 1st page is a different loan officer than the last page
I find it amusing how these people always has a foreign dialed t but call themselves names like michael, Ken, jason ect. I asked them is that the name their mother gave them? When they're clearly asian, indian or from some other country

I received an email from these same people at the top of the page it's has Capitol One Bank but in the fine print it has speedy loans and priority payday loans llc.
Notice that the signatures are different.

Recieved a loan approval letter via email from this entity advertising themselves as Speedy Cash as well as stating they are authorized by the Better Business Bureau(BBC). That's right BBC. The acronym is even wrong. Email includes loan documents and states to call (270)777-2573. I called this # and a man answered hello. I told him I was approved for a loan online to which he asked who I bank with and when I told him who I bank with he replied by saying they do not provide loans with my bank. Then he just hung up.It was very hard to hear him.

I then called Speedy Cash and they informed me that the loan approval# was not one that was associated with speedy Cash.
